Ethnic minority vcse groups – the impact of covid-19 on access to and use of health services

The report documented how COVID-19 negatively impacted Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities in Manchester, revealing challenges including mental health deterioration, reduced HIV testing access, isolation of refugees and asylum seekers, barriers to healthcare for non-English speakers, digital exclusion, and inadequate support for vulnerable groups despite their higher risk factors.
