 Communications Manager

  • Part-time – 21 hours per week, worked flexibly
  • Salary – PO1 – £18,304 to £18,808

BHA for Equality wants to recruit a Communications Manager to help with our future development. BHA is a rapidly growing charity, working in public health but looking forward to work in new areas and locations where we can make a difference to the health of Black, Asian and minority ethnic people across the North of England.

The newly created Communications Manager position will lead on all aspect of communications within the organisation – ensuring our branding is up to date and widely applied, making sure that our projects have the tools and expertise they need to promote their projects widely, helping the team understand how to reach out to our clients and to understand how to influence decision makers across the region. 

We have an office in Leeds and one in Manchester, the successful applicant will need to be within striking distance of one of these offices. Staff who prefer to work in the office all the time will be able to do so, subject to Government guidance on covid restrictions.
