Salary: £13,543.60 to £14,952 actual based on NJC Scale 5 (£22,571 to £24,920
per annum FTE)
Hours: 21 hours per week
Based: Manchester with the flexibility to work from home
This is a great job for those who like to dabble in a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease as you will be required to provide high quality administrative services to the Chief Executive and HR Manager. You will be required to maintain effective administrative systems to support key areas of HR transactional administration.
The responsibility of this role will include managing the Chair/Board office function to ensure it is operating to the highest standards of service and governance.
You will need office, HR and IT skills as well as the ability to deal sympathetically with the public. Communication, organisation and administrative skills are vital. Also, you must be able to work as part of a team and be an effective problem-solver.
