BHA is now working with University of Central Lancashire and other partners to support the SpeakOut network. SpeakOut is a national network of seldom heard groups who are facilitated and supported to take part in a wide range of public engagement activities where it is important to ensure that marginalised groups are given a voice. Their views are fed in to the work of the Care Quality Commission
